My own journey
“In many ways, that was my own journey. I didn’t come from a business background, and I didn’t grow up with the kind of environment where entrepreneurship felt like an obvious or accessible path. Coming from a lower socio-economic background, being a business owner was never something I thought I could realistically achieve. I lacked confidence in my own ability and, for a long time, building a business felt like something that happened to other people, not me.”
